We booked this place from MakeMyTrip but upon reaching the place we were informed that they have unlisted the property from MakeMyTrip and it is full. In short, we were denied the check-in. MakeMyTrip exec also called the property and confirmed that she can also see the property being available. I fully suspect that they offloaded all the inventory at higher prices for Walk-in bookings, as this was year end season and entire coorg was full. Very bad experience. The silver lining is thst the staff allowed us washroom and mobile-charging access while we were connecting with owner and MakeMyTrip. MMT on it's part offered a refund ( yet to be credited back as of writing this ) and also 10K voucher but only redeemable on same day, within coorg limits and with GST registration. We were not able to find one and had to use a private non GST homestay. So it wasn't useful to us.
